What the blog name means

It all started when one of our volunteers named Shirley came to work for us in our kitchen cooking. She had worked for the local soup kitchen which is open about 1.5 hours a day to the public for its daily meal. After being at our Fenwick Street Center for several days which is open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. with usually 2 meals served and snacks all day long-she wanted to know-"When Do These People Go Home?" Well, they don't. Many live in the Harrisburg neighborhood and others are homeless and come from the night shelters to stay with us during the day. Our Center is a constant influx of people coming and going. Some of our people work day labor jobs, odd jobs or they help us run the ministry.
